At Dixie Crowns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below:

Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Once approved, returned packages must be postmarked within 5 business days.

Wig Returns

• Wigs are eligible for store credit only and are subject to a 10%-20% restocking fee, depending on their condition upon return.
• To be accepted, the wig must meet the following criteria:
  • The lace must remain intact
  • The hang tag must be attached
  • The wig must show no signs of wear

Returns May Be Rejected If:

• The hang tag is missing
• There is a strong odor (such as perfume, smoke, or chemicals)
• Signs of wear or use are evident
• The item has any damage

If a return does not meet our policy requirements, it will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
