Shipping Policy

At Dixie Crowns, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely shipping experience for all our customers. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.

Standard Shipping

  • Most standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST on Friday or during the weekend may be shipped on the following Monday. However, in some cases, we do ship on Saturdays as well.
  • Orders from live shows will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Expedited Shipping

  • If you need expedited shipping, please text us at 601-918-0008 before placing your order. We will check available shipping options and assist you accordingly.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the shipping method.

Package Issues & Support

If you experience any issues with your package, such as delays or damage, please contact us at support@dixiecrowns.com. We’ll gladly provide you with the necessary details to assist in filing a claim.

Important Notice

While we are committed to supporting our customers, Dixie Crowns is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If this occurs, we recommend working directly with USPS or UPS for resolution.
